What is the best time to buy a home in Pune?
Q: I am looking to invest in my first home in Pune, and want to know when I can expect to get a good deal. Does anyone know?

Latest Answer: You can get a lot of good deals and this definitely a good time to invest, with Punes real estate doing well and despite that rates being economical. Since this is your first time buying a home, trust no one but the best. Btw Mahindra Lifespaces who are trusted developers have their new Project Antheia in Pimpri- Chinchwad which is a pretty decent area. Check out their website for more information.

Latest Answer: Cant they make a uniform for all like 1% on agreement value. After 2010 all have accepted 1% VAT so from 2006 to 2010 also can be made as 1%.
