Q:Is there a final date given by builder ( of Sunrise Greens ) for delivery of the apartment. I have paid money in Feb 2008 and even after 54 months. I have no visibility when I shall get possession. Can we take some legal measure as a group or make a joint complaint to West Bengal Housing board / or some other government authority ?
