Q:Hi, is it true that some owners had decided to meet and know each other (on 14th Sept) regarding some issues including quality of construction? Are there any serious things/gaps which all of you find regarding construction quality etc.. Also, 1.rainwater harvesting is missing. 2.Cauvery water-are all payments done by builder? 3.Is all legal clear? 4.Carpet area is 70% of total area. Requesting your inputs, Thanks.

They said they have 3 bore wells for water for now and that Cauvery water has come to ORR so it will happen here but after some years. Does the builder have to pay for Cauvery water connection?
