Q:Hi All Members, What option the government has given for LPG gas distribution to Apartment Complexes?
At present the Government and the companies like IOC and HP companies are compelling all flat owners to sign an Affidavit/declaration that "I do not possess any LPG connection of any PSU oil companies or piped natural gas line connections either in my name or in the name of family members residing with me"
Since residents use the piped line facility, they have the LPG connections bought on their name quite sometime back. If we sign the Affidavit, that will be treated as PERJURY under the law. This Affidavit is not necessary. We should fight with the Government and the Oil Companies to remove the Affidavit class from the format.. -Dorai N R
Latest Answer: Hey all... If buyers sign such an affidavit then what will be left to fight for in future.. if they change the decision and make some other plan, then these buyers will neither have connection nor gas..
