I’m considering buying a property around which is convenient to commute to my office. Can you suggest a good locality for me? I was thinking of Manikonda.Thanks in advance.
Latest Answer: Also whatever water we get is pretty unhygienic. Many times we get very dirty and polluted water. We have to be careful with the water we drink and even though this is supposed to come from Osman Sagar, its still no good. Not enough and poor quality.
Q:I am planning to buy an open plot and construct my own house for residential purpose.Currently i am looking at alkapuri (near manikonda) and beeram guda.Which one is a better option as a residential area/renting it out?I am willing to invest upto 45 lakhs for plot/land.Please advise.
