Q: Hi one of my friend has booked a plot in an unauthorised colony of delhi, Krishna Park in Devli. ten years back he got that land for 5l and today the price of the property is 40l. i m surprised to know, why the price of the property has increased so drastically , the areas has no parks or offices, even the prople livving around are middle class and there are no proper roads and the area looks like a village only? i m surprised and regreting my decision of buying a flat 10 years back.

Q: Hi all, I heard that govt will approve many unauthorized colonies to get regularised.. is it true? if yes, what is the status?
Latest Answer: Some 205 colonies are planned to be regularized, but it will take time. This proposal was actually pending from last 4 years and now they have got approved. Earlier also some of the colonies got approval for being regularised and that work will be started now. Also the government has directed the municipal corporations to take the help of professional architectsand prepare layout plans for the colonies which were already regularised.
