Q:I have a query. As people in Delhi can sanction different floors built on their land to different people, is it possible in Agra or other areas? So the ques is: Is it allowed to construct 4 floors on your plot and sell it to 4 different people? My sister wanna do that so plz give authentic info especially for Agra.
