Latest Answer: Yes Anandraj..i heard that the plots will be divided and assigned between economically weaker section and participating landowners. The present proposal says that landowners will retain 45 percent of land contributed. Compensation will also be provided to landowners according to the difference in the value of original plot and value of final plot.
