Q:Few day back we got news that Dehu-Road area (Pune, Maharashtra) was declared under red zone. Lot of discussion is going on in media and on net what will happen next. If builder had constructed flat by sanctioning the plan with Collector N.A Land in such cases what will happen about those flats.Many people had purchased land in this area to construct there own home, 6 month back PCMC had stopped all un-authorized construction so many peoples started to get plan sanction for 1 gunta ..... n gunta plot. Now this area had declared under red zone. Many peoples had purchased those 1gunta plot for 10-12lac on goverment argreement value is 2 -3 lac. Now what they have to do ? they had lost there whole life money in purchasing the plot now they don't able to build there own home also. What they will expect from goverment/pcmc/cantoment/ ??.............?............? we have only ?.
