Latest Answer: In 1997 I had bought a 2bhk flat in Lajpat nagar for Rs 1,80,000. After 5 years i sold the same for Rs 6 lakh. Current rate of 2 bhk here is Rs 45 lakh. You can see the shift in prices.. I am sure the area is promising in terms of returns. Upcoming metro will definitely increase the value of properties in Mohan Nagar. But presently there are many civic issues which need to be solved.
