Latest Answer: I have purchased in Saya Zenith last year .They have issued offer for posession in December ( with a fit out period of 3 months .. so effective date of posession is March 31 2014) . Eventhough full and final payment is made , registration is not happenning. They are quoting various reasons for pending registration .
(Latest reason quoted is that due to elections Registration is on hold till 15th May )
Any updates on how true is the fact & when registration will be open ?
