Some of them are a basketball/badminton court, a swimming pool, a beautiful garden, club house, gymnasium and most importantly, tight security. They practice rain water harvesting and they also have ATMs and cafes within the gated community. It's in a really good locality as well. But the place seems perfect for a family since there are no 2 or 3 bhks available.
