Latest Answer: Hey, Madhapur is definitely not perfect. It still faces civic issues like water shortage and inefficient electricty supply. But the civic authorities are constantly working to fix these problems, they just don't seem to be doing a very good job. Now the place is really doing well and a number of people in the city have relocated here. It is because of this that now there have been problems with infrastructural facilities as demand doesnn't always meet supply. Public transportation is quite well done here with road connectivity to all parts of the city. The APSRTC buses in specific are very good and convenient to use. And I thought that not many people were looking to buy property here because it is more of an IT hub? More bachelors are taking flats and residential homes and gated communities aren't preferred. But in either case, it is still a good location but with lots of room for improvement
