I hope this project comes through, because then it will be a big help in distributing all the traffic in this corridor, especially during the peak hours, when it becomes impossible to even move down this road. Actually this flyover idea came after the corporation received suggestions and feedbacks from the people of the city. As of now, most of the Indoreans are for this idea, and it has also been approved by the urban administration department.
Latest Answer: Finally they took the opinion of the public before the clearances for this project was given! Because of the mishap of the BRTS service in Indore, people are very agitated. That's why the state government felt it necessary to see what the public thinks they should do about the situation. Many think that flyovers in the corridor is the best way to avoid traffic. The brts corridor is supposedly going to be situated in the middle of the road so it will be easier if other traffic can take the flyover route. Also lesser number of accidents will take place and there won't be chaos in morning time peak traffic.
