Q:Hey what is the current news on the Masi beautification project that was undertaken at Uppal? Didn't the residents who lost their land for development get some sort of compensation? And also won't the real estate in the area be affected because of this?
Latest Answer: Now the problem is that the land owners are asking for more. They want the devlopment to be for multiple land use. They're asking for property tax emempts for a certain period as well as setback construction of buildings. I'm not sure what the current agreement is now but I know that this issue isn't too major, and the utmost importance would be to focus on the development of the locality. You want a nice cheap place to invest in which definitely has potential for land appreciation in a couple of years? Then invest in Uppal! :)
