Latest Answer: I have seen the drain that you guys are talking about. Its the one at the Gowrishankar basti right? What I think is the biggest threat here, is that this whole thing is like a massive breeding ground for all different kind of pests. The fence only covers half the drain and someone can easily stumble and fall into the unfinished part of it. The authorities are not taking up the responsibilities. The town planning department are just trying to shun this off to the engineering department, and the engineering department are not showing any initiative either.
