Q:I have a family of 8, so I’m looking to invest in either a big 3 BHK or a 4 BHK around the GV Residency area. A lot of people suggested Mount Royale. Is it good to invest in this project? Also, I’d really like to know what’s so good about this project. Please let me know.
Latest Answer: A 4000 sqft house. Wow! I really hope you get it. It’ll be amazing to live in such a huge apartment. Especially, with the amenities and features, these people are offering, it’ll be luxurious living for sure. It’s kinda in wilderness, so it’s serene, but don’t worry it’s pretty accessible. They have terrace swimming pools, a health club with Jacuzzi and spa. There’s a mini theater also in the premises, along with the regular gated community amenities. They also common driver or servant rooms. So, almost everything is covered. So, I think it is good investment. But, because you’ll be spending like 2 crores, do check all documentation twice, hire a lawyer maybe for any help.
