Latest Answer: I’ve even heard that the government representative at the board of directors played a very insignificant role, which resulted in an agreement which mostly favoured the TECON. If the government fails to live up to their promises, then TECON can take legal action against them, but not vice versa. Its been 7 years now, and still no scene of real development at sight :(
