Latest Answer: If the area of the plot exceeds 10,000 sq m(2.47 acres), then the developer is expected to compulsorily earmark 10 per cent of the area as OSR excluding the area of public roads and the same shall be transferred to the authority or local body free of cost through a gift deed. For such plots, CMDA insists on access to OSR by a public road.
