Q:This project is located at Noida, sector 62. Location wise, it's the best, no doubt. But I am still in confusion, whether or not to invest there, coz the builder is not that old, and on site(I visited a few days before) construction is not yet started, just they have dug the hole in the land, so it's just the beginning. Please suggest what I should do. I want to invest to earn good rental, and appreciation.
Latest Answer: This is a good project. construction already started. Many features that is not in other projects in the area are in this project. Good option for investment and self use. On prime location and now the Metro is there in a few months. Many investment options in this project.
