Q:Hi friends. I am looking to sell a property in Coimbatore. I am going to ready the place for sale, but I wanted to know if there is any inspection involved in the document registration.
Latest Answer: There is building inspection also, like someone mentioned above. If it is a village building exceeding Rs 50,000 in value or a municipality/town panchayat/ corporation building exceeding Rs 2,00,000 in value, then there will be inspection. Any difference ni value during inspection will lead to a separate differential duty and compounding fees.
