Q:Hi,I'm looking out for plots in Devanahalli and most of the plots are BIAPPA approved. I'm more inclined towards SBI for home loan and was wondering if people from this group have availed plot home loans through SBI in BIAAPA approved layouts?I've got multiple inputs from SBI HLC, SBI SecCaps, SBI Kormanagala RACPC office. Few say they do approve.Few say they don't as BIAAPA is outside Bengaluru and private layouts outside Bengaluru are not being considered by SBI from recent circular (Which I couldnot find anywhere online). Please share your experience.

Latest Answer: Hi Venu gopal,
Thinking an average budget of Rs 20 lakh as affordable, it is quite interesting to note that almost 90 per cent of the supply in Chennai in this budget range is for plots. However, the maximum demand in the city exists for apartments. Nonetheless, buying a plot for Rs 20 lakh and then constructing a house on it would by no means be affordable.
Latest Answer: Hi Arvind,
As per my knowledge, farmers who withdraw their legal petitions get the hiked compensation. YEIDA authority had notified and acquired 40 villages in the first phase. And there are some pending issues are with the farmers. Now authority are taking up farmers issues phase-wise. In the first phase they have entertained issues of Raunija and Nilauni Shahpur.
