Q: Is it safe to buy investor flat in Alkasa. Agreement will be between builder and the buyer as the person in the builder office is saying that investor flat was not registered.
Latest Answer: Hi Nitesh, It means the first agreement with the builder compulsorily and it must be registered and stamp duty paid. I can purchase from the investor and i will be eligible for stamp duty rebate within one year of the date of original purchase by the investor.
