Q:I am dealing with a builder for a plot which is just beside Janachaitanya phase 3 layout in Upperpally. Named "Peace homes" The land that this builder has is a small gated community which is beside Janachaitanya phase 3 layout which is HUDA approved. However, the land which this builder has is grampanchayat approval, he says he can get LRS and GPS but I have to pay for it. Is this option good? what will be the cost for it?Will I get home loan for construction on the land after getting LRS? Please advice.
