Latest Answer: I think the price is reasonable because the present price in Saravanampatti is around 3600/- per sq ft. And also this area is seeing a lot of developemnt nowadays with many people opting for this as a residential projects. I think it is a nice idea. these apartments and look comfortable and spacious. the 3 bhk apartments are around 1400 sq ft in size and some apartments even offer a small puja room too.
