Q:Guys, I heard about the Gold Souk NRI Villas apartment in Kochi. I am an NRI settled in Dubai. But, I would like to get some information about this apartment project before i come into conclusion about buying. Can you provide some relevant info please?
Latest Answer: i came to know that they are providing very good facilities also like a good garden with landscaping, recreational facilities, maintenance staffs, security, rainwater harvesting system etc. A friend also informed me that the area of 3 bhk was 1750 square feet and that of 4 bhk was 2200 square feet.
