Q:Hey there, I and my partner are planning to move to a locality in Kochi. Most probably it would be in the Koovappady region. Is it a good region to live? What advice would you give for this localities guys?
Latest Answer: yeah..most of the property in this area are individual houses. For an individual house, you can see that the price is like 2000 rupees or so for a square feet land. The plots are also available in this area. The price is around rs. 300 for a square feet plot.
