Q:Hi, currently I meet with one of my friends who are living in Chennai since last 20 yrs and he told me that right now Chennai people finding small home for residential purpose rather investing in luxury or big apartment? I just want to know what is the market sentiment going on in Chennai?
Latest Answer: I am not sure one persons sentiment shows the entire city's preferences. Everyone wants affordable homes, so if they are available yes, rent is mostly for those who are not from Chennai. Other than that the amount of new luxurious projects coming up in Chennai say otherwise, there are a lot of locals and outside investors that want such properties, and the growth of real estate here is shifting to premium properties.
