Q:Upkar Heritage land was previously Empire Estate project. Empire Estate (GT Ramesh) and land owner (Gunduramia) tried to cheat buyers. Agreement to sale was made and they received money from buyers and denied to register register plots to them. And money was not returned. The victims are going to file court cases. Upkar is trying to sell plots which are already in agreement to sell previously by the landowner and Empire Estate.
