Q:Whether the office bearer have right to dictate terms to owners and do they have right to disconnect Power/water for non payment of maintenance. How they get power under which law?
Latest Answer: As far as I know the office bearer has no right to do such things. I think you should take this matter to apartment association and discuss with the other owners.
