As per investment point of view whether we should keep this booking or should come out. what the resale price will get. 1765 sq feet.

I think you can reply on the developer because they have mentioned all the floor plan and the also mentioned the approvals from authority. See if you have already invested then go ahead or else keep a chance open for you and Gurgaon is much better area for residential investment.
