Q: Anybody purchase flat in adhiraj samyama. Any contact email of owners please
Latest Answer: Dear All, I booked the flat in tower 2A in Oct 2011 today talked to the sales team when would be the possession, as per RERA it was Dec 2019 now sales team said it may take till March 2020. Dont buy anything from them what seems cheaper and fabulous today will become headache for future. Imagine 8 years gone still waiting for the flat. Sandeep

Q: I tried several time to contact their representatives but their is not firm answer.Every time they reply that with in two months they will provide posession.this they are repeating since october 2015.

Latest Answer: Runwal is one of the worst builders in Mumbai. They levy interest amounts on buyers without justification. Recently they started a scam under the DCR Regulations. Beware of Runwal and Stay away from the projects.

Latest Answer: hello vikram & Vinay .....How are youl doing ??.I am rocky again , buyer of a flat in UNNAT NAGAR Aksahay ....Goregaon west. I had signed the agreement in 2006 with Polycon Realtors .. .Now i heard that the project is completed by Wadhwa .But we are told to sign a supplement agreement which includes the clause of inclusion of dry area and flower beds . The agreement mentions that the amount to be paid to the builder is zero but the builder is still demanding money in cash ..... This totally illegal demand and that too after delaying the project for 6 years . By any chance ,do u or any buyer are facing the same problem ?.......please help me with more information . Q: They are not fulfilling the committment .. there is leakage in walls and bathrooms.. no proper water supply, water is muddy.. They are not able to get Occupation Certificate from govt authority. They delay the possession of apartment.. No society service but they charge advance.. society charges electricity cut for more than 4 hours a day..

Latest Answer: Pls dont think of buying any Puranik projects. Their Paradise, Delight of Hometown Projects were delayed by 24 to 26 months and during this period no compensation were given. I was cheated with giving wrong registeration amount. 1 lakh was taken as parking amount and no parking given. Now their demanding 2 lakh more than the agreed amount, during the possession they increased their advance maintenance cost by 66k, flats have leakages. Elevators of inferior quality than promised. Service team straight away deny your complaints. We the residents are fed up of the builder. straigt NO to Puraniks Builders
