I am planning to book an apartment in Prestige Tranquility. I have already payed the booking amount and I am told that I would get the legal papers related to the property after I pay the remaining 15%. I am bit worried, because I am paying considerable amount of money(~10lakhs) without validating the legal papers with a lawyer. Has anybody here booked an apartment in Tranquility? KIndly advice..

Q:I went to check on this Prestige Tranquility project and as soon as walked into the sitting area were the sales folks sit in the temporary area the whole place was stinking. Came to know that the chicken feed plant is just behind and the fermentation process makes the whole area stink. I was told they the plant will go and I went to check and it was not that easy it seems to send them away from here as they have well estalished factory. Given that the place also has water issues don't know if this is worth the price they are quoting. The typical sales talk was repeated saying 1450 units are sold which is again a crap. They only release sets of apartments and say others are sold out to show people are interested. Every sales guy will talk the same way so get into this trap when buying your dream home. The price should not be more than 2000 rupees per sq. ft for a project which would stink always and water is questionable given the project size.
Latest Answer: Yes this was a concern to me when I visited the site. But then the marketing guy from Prestige told us that the chicken feed factory has only two years of lease left over after which they will vacate. God only knows how far this is true. Anyone in Tower 3?
