C (part) , D, and E have not got environmental clearance and also it is the same story for the project NEW heavens in vasind. So no idea when this will come, they are expecting any time this year. 3. The price of flats in shubh Griha is about Rs 3900-4000 per sq/ft. Source Tata Housing, but Tata Hous. will not help us with the buyer. 4. Stamp duty (Registration) has gone up from about 30 K to 70 - 80K due to increase in price of flats and stamp duty rate. (Lucky for persons who have already registered their flat) 5. Possession of Flats under construction will be by Sept 2013.
