I want to know if it is good to invest in Dreamz Shloka HSR project. Is it approved ?

Latest Answer: I am planning for investment. Please let me know when this project (Shloka 1) will be completed. How is the reputation of the builer. They are providing flats quite cheap.

Q: i understand the BBMP approval for shloka is still not there and without that construction cannot start...also agreement bet landowner and builder is also not there...does anyone have info on the same ?
is it ok to still go ahead for this project ??

Latest Answer: Dreamz Shloka is a fraud...I have booked a flat..and paid about 13 lakhs down for the flat in 2012. But till now neither they have returned the money nor started with the project. Please dont put a single money in the project. It is total blackmail!
