- Land owner is selling the share of left over apartments at UDS and Construction cost per sqft is 4600 whereas all inclusive cost with Service tax and VAT turns out to 5300 psft
- land owner is offering to reduce couple of lakhs if ipay some amount in cash i.e. black which goes un-accounted. I heard even big builders like Presitige, Gopalan do so . What are the cons of such approach?
- The traffic congestion is big constraint in this area. Any idea if the roads would be widened in future.

Latest Answer: Hi Neetu there is no other way to check if the builder is saying the truth or not because occupancy certificate is processed at the time when the Palike gets information that the construction has been completed.

Q:Please do not buy any flats from this developer. They have never managed to finish their projects on time. Premium was suppose to be completed by Dec last year but the work is still ongoing. Model flat itself has many cracks on the wall. If u have time, visit Luxuria and see the quality of the brick laying, I guess local developers do a better job than that. sliding Window and door frames are made from local quality aluminium frames. Nowadays even local developers provide good quality upvc frames . Overall, i am not happy with the choice i made.
