Q: Hi all, Have a question on VAT and Service Tax for under-construction flat. 1. What are components on which VAT and Service Tax is applicable for a under-construction flat. Like the builder provides a breakup as below - Basic Cost Car Parking Club Membership First Year Maintenance Charges Additional Expense ( BESCOM) Can someone please help me know VAT and Service Tax applies to which items listed above ? 2.
