- Whether DSR is a good builder and if anyone knows of the construction quality in DSR Ultima.
- Land owner is selling the share of left over apartments at UDS and Construction cost per sqft is 4600 whereas all inclusive cost with Service tax and VAT turns out to 5300 psft
- land owner is offering to reduce couple of lakhs if ipay some amount in cash i.e. black which goes un-accounted. I heard even big builders like Presitige, Gopalan do so . What are the cons of such approach?
- The traffic congestion is big constraint in this area. Any idea if the roads would be widened in future.

Children Bedroom : North West

SE corner should not have cut
The Individual House /Villa has to be either Rectangular or Square In Shape but not cross
Area : Anywhere in South Bangalore but it has to be in the proximity of schools.
Preferable Areas : Hosur Road, Bannerghatta Road, Bannerghatta, Kodichikkanahalli, Bommanahalli, JP Nagar, Kanakapura Road, BTM Layout, HSR Layout, AECS Layout, Singasandra, harlur
Clean Title : Only BBMP "A" Khata or BDA site
Water : Cavery water
Site Area : Minimum 30X40 site.

Individual Units or Duplex is fine

I am looking for a ready to occupy, vaastu compliant, 3BHK Apartment/Row House/Villaments from premium builders only. I am flexible on the budget and area , ofcourse it has to be in the proximity of schools. My key requirement is vaastu and premium builders.
Wondering why premium builders like Vaswani, Sobha, Prestige and Mantri never built vaastu apartments. Is it technically not feasible?

Neha, i am flexible in terms of area i.e. from South Banglore along the strtech of Sarjapur ORR to North Bangalore.
Venu, the premium builders doesnt offer vaastu or its rare i.e. one in 100 or 1000.
