Whenn in reality HDIL is going to complete MAJESTIC TOWER PROJECT ?

Q: I have booked 2BHk flat in HDIL -MAJESTIC TOWER in May 2010. Paid over 40 Lakh so far.The work appears to be stalled over 3& half years. I wonder in my present life ( I am over 70 yrs.) will it be possible for me to occupy My flat. or otherwise they should return my money wi th 21% interest ( 21% is HDIL terminology

Latest Answer: Hi, Even i have seen that major property portal have mentioned possession date in mid 2017 but how can they deliver on the specified period as lot's of work is still pending.

Delay in project.

Q:

HDIL will delay the project, they claim that the 42 storey tower will come, but the rusted rebars used for the columns without any anti rust coating. they delay the project ,earlier to some they said possession in 2012 and some others it was 2015!! they demand back 20% with some and 40% with some also nil to someone. Their first project BHANDUP DREAMS IS THE GOOD EXAMPLE TO THEIR POOR QUALITY WORK.Let us join the fight for the poor flat buyers common cause. Dear valued flat buyers in WHISPERING TOWER,
Let us open the eye and unite together to fight the right.
they may delay the project beyond 2015. As per last survey in NOV 2011, they have not sold even 15% of flats. They confirmed to me personally that they do not encourage brokers, but i surprised to lot of brokers are working for them. regards.
