Man opus , we did big mistake
Q: i too have booked flat in man opus ......looking at the bugdet flat. But looking at the prevaling situation , i am feel and did i mistake. Now neither i can ask for my 20 % amount nor i can't sale the flat. Don't know when this query will reslove.

Latest Answer: I would prefer to invest in Man Opus project as it is strategically located close to railway station, highway, hospitals, schools, etc.

Hi,
Q: I have booked a flat in MAN OPUS in Aug 2010, I was told while buying that Pay 10% now, 10% in another 1 - 2 month, post plinth is ready another 10% & then 5% each after two floor & so on. But till date post 2 & half years of booking their plinth is not ready yet. I have been hearing that they have sold many flats to direct individuals & through HDFC & ICICI property research & has almost sold more than 60% of flats. Initially it was suppose to be a 6 blocks society now they have extended it to 14 blocks. I have been just hearing dates after dates from last 1 & half years from the concerned sales team that work will commence soon in full swing, but status quo till date. I am worried about my investment & i hope others too who have booked flats in the said property. Please assist with the exact current status. Also tell me where can i join the MAN OPUS Owners group for updates, please share links for the same. Regards, Srinivas Meghraj.

Latest Answer: They are shying away from any concrete answers. All they are saying is June 14 the project will be ready. Hope they are not making anything out of sand. empty promises is what they make everytime we call. i have already paid 10 lacs. first it was6 towers, when they made it 14 we did not get any information about the change in flat allocation. fortunately i went to check and they said that your flat has changed from the one you booked. had to choose from the leftovers. It is sad that every-time the common man has to suffer. They keep paying hefty salaries for Gas that the staff keeps giving. If we delay on payment they are prompt to charge interest.

Latest Answer: MAN Realty is doing good work and taking extra efforts to complete its projects in spite of challenges. I have witnessed the construction of MAN Opus, Mira Road recently and impressed with the ongoing progress

Q: Request all buyers of Man Opus to form a group and stay connected to share latest updates on the project. The latest I hear is they are focussing on Bldg no 2, 3, 4, 5 & construction is in full swing after bit of stopover. 85-90% project booked.

Do we have to pay brokerages to agent for Man-Opus, Meera Road?
Q: We made booking through an agent.. so in the end do we have to pay to the agent?

Latest Answer: If you buy a flat..you dont have to pay any brokerage. Infact you can ask your broker for some cut in 2% which he gets from the builder.

Progress in terms of clearances
Q: Any info about the progress in terms of clearances? The progress on site is very slow anyways. Their CFO recently made a statement in press that Man group will soon exit realty business.
