Latest Answer: Hi friends, After comparing multiple project in Ravet which were going to be available by mid of the next year i think this makes sense. The builder is trusted and all the legal approvals are in place. Plan is also good. I got at 4765/sq-ft.

Q: Hi, is there any idea when the flat possession will be given in Legacy Aqua Marina?

Latest Answer: If anyone interested in this project, I would like to suggest this project and right now the rate per sq ft is Rs 4850 per sq ft and project is almost 90% complete so it is good that you can directly visit the site and verify project. Few unit is available in 2 BHK of 1027 sq ft so it is a good time to invest.
