Q: Hi, I want to invest in the real estate market, but, I don’t want to buy an apartment or villa, want to invest only in land as of now. I just want to know what price are land being sold in Avinashi road, and if you guys have any suggestions regarding my decision to invest in a residential plot, please share.

Latest Answer: Hey Green fields isn't the only one. You have other similar plots like Globuse Gardens, which are plots near the Elysium project. These aren't very expensive, and are being sold at Rs.1,318 per sq ft, so if you buy a 2400 sqft land, it’ll cost you around 31.6 lacs. Actually, there many to even list down the names. That’s the thing about plots and land purchase, there are just too many sellers.

Q: Hello people! What do you think of the apartments at Crimson Dawn in Avinashi road. My colleagues and I were talking about investing in Avinashi road, and someone brought up about this property. Is it a good place to invest my money in?

Latest Answer: This is one of the best well kept and maintained property on Avanashi Road. Did a lot of research and analysis before I got a 4 bedroom here. I recommend anyone looking that the premium you pay here is worth the price

Q: Hey guys need some help! I’m stuck between two projects Cyprus Oaks and Indraprastha, can’t figure out which one is a better property to invest in for a 3bhk. Please tell me what you think of both and which one do you think is better.
Latest Answer: Buddy, comparing like this will only confuse you more. I’ll tell you what you should do. Take a piece of paper and list down what you think are the pros and cons of both the properties, builder, neighborhood, price, etc.Both these properties are in different neighborhoods. Not very from each other, but you get the point, the property trends will definitely be different. According to me go for Avinashi Road. It’s a more chill area to live in. Peaceful, yet everything closely available in the same area, nice connectivity and all, so you’ll have good rent benefits.

Q: Hello Guys! I just got back from Australia a month back, and my wife and I will be leaving again after 4-5 months. Before I leave, I want to invest in a ready to move in apartment in any area within Avinashi Road. The reason I want to invest in Avinashi road is because it’s a nice and busy area, and I am thinking of renting out the house when I go back to Australia. Please suggest good properties to invest in! Latest Answer: Oh, don’t get confused, use it as an opportunity to list down all these properties, it’ll save your time. And hey in Manchester also people are selling apartments for 90 lacs and all. So, it’s pretty much in the same league as mayflower and ABC avenue. Most of these are resales, so typically you’ll get nice furnished ones only. You’ll find many more for less than this budget. Many big and small apartment complexes in Avinashi road, out of which these 3 usually are more popular. Talk to an agent or something man, it’ll make your life easier.

Q: Hey guys, I recently moved back to India from Switzerland after 10 years. I want to invest in a 2 or 3 BHK apartment in the Avinashi road area. I have been talking to a couple of people about good projects to invest in. Couple of them suggested a project called Triumph CasaBlanca. they did not really know details of the project, but they said it would within my 70 lacs budget. More information would really help. Latest Answer: Hey you know what they have a penthouse also. It’s huge and spreads to a 3175 sqft, but that’ll be super expensive, it’ll go up to a crore or something. Apart from this, all normal amenities are there. This isn’t a very big gated community, but a medium one. You’ll find a pool, gym, club and all here. There’ll be a garden/park also, so it’ll offer normal community living experience, i guess. This project is approved by the Directorate of Town and Country Planning. The builder’s team will help you get approved loans also. That’s pretty much about this place. I suggest look for similar properties in this area. You should get many options for 70 lacs budget. Q: Hey guys, I want to invest in a 2 or a 3 BHK property close to Laxmi mIlls. My parents will retire in 2 years and we want to buy a flat in a nice peaceful community and shift after a few years. Few weeks back I heard that some project by the Salarpuria group is under construction very close to the Laxmi mills junction. Is this project good? Please provide info about this project.
