Take a piece of paper and list down what you think are the pros and cons of both the properties, builder, neighborhood, price, etc.Both these properties are in different neighborhoods. Not very from each other, but you get the point, the property trends will definitely be different. According to me go for Avinashi Road. It’s a more chill area to live in. Peaceful, yet everything closely available in the same area, nice connectivity and all, so you’ll have good rent benefits.

Apart from this, all normal amenities are there. This isn’t a very big gated community, but a medium one. You’ll find a pool, gym, club and all here.
