Q: i booked apartment at Brindavan 2 years ago and the hardly any progress. i was to be completed in 2014 and its far from even half way through. what is the plan to complete? how many more years !!!
Q: Which all units are available there ? Can you tell me the price range and units quoted for it ?
Q: As far as I know, they are yet to get the DTCP and some other approvals. They are telling it will be done next month..but they are promptly telling me this every month for the past 1 and half year!!. I am concerned whether any serious issue is there for getting approval. Also, they have not yet restarted construction. They have promised delivery by july 2013!!!
Q: I asked Marg Customer Relations whether the proposed Avadi-Guduvanchery Rail link via Sriperumbudur and Oragadam (announced in Rail Budget 2013) will in any way fall in the Marg Brindavan Project.

Q: Similar experience with me too.When I prsnly cnvyd my feeling about poor custmer service, they are questioning me that when CEO of co.is willing to talk to custmr what sort of better cstmr service is exptd This was the question posed to me In fact they have forgotten that when there is delay in starting prjct itself &that too for more than 2 yrs, then owners themselves should step in & clarify the position or they should come prpd to rfnd mony with compensation to custmrsThey also went to extent of saying that in bldg indsty, no CEO will talk to custmrs directly,since CEO is willing to talk to custmrs, they said I should be happyThey have forgotten such hard talk will hurt their custmrs This is the way we get custmr sevice from Marg Brndvn Prjct.
Q: We booked a flat in Marg Brindhavan on Dec 2010.At the time of booking they promised to deliver the flt by Dec 2012.It has been 2 years but construction is not yet complete.It has been started just 2 by dec 2012 only.Due to this,We requested for money refund ,they accepted but have not yet refunded the amount.every time we call them they say by next month it ll be refunded.it has been four next months till now...We are very irresponsible answers from their help desk like,the team is on leave for new year,pongal,christmas etc...Very shocking no know that such a prestegious builder is behaving this manner to their client..
