Latest Answer: Hi, I have booked a flat at Sikka Kaamna Greens Sector 143 in Delight tower. I had applied for Home loan, but banks are not giving loan because Sikka have not cleared bank dues. No CRM is picking the call and the channel partner(Bullmen Reality) through which we have purchased it are clue less on this situation. Is there any legal forum which is persuing case against this fraud builder or could suggest me the wayout.

I have booked my flat on 24th Dec and paid 1st installment as well, but not yet received any receipt or paper. Whenever I query for the same and call , everytime I get excuses like some accountatnt is on leave or director's signature is left and he is not in the city. It's been 1 month and I am really fed up with this. Is there any one who can help or advise here.
