Q: I am planning to investment in this project. Can anyone tell it is a wise decision to invest in this project as well as locality?
Q: Hi All,Please dont beleive in these giys. The property is good but the owners GGR and marketing company Abhaya Shelters are not showing any interest in completing the layout but just want to sell all the plots and wash their hands. until unless they complete the all amenities, clubhouse, please dont fall in cheap marketing tricks. Or please take the project completion date by document signed by GGR and Abhaya shelters. Initially when they were selling the property they told us that they will complete the project in 6 months. Now its been 8 months and no signs of completion. When ask them, they are saying as per the agreement they will complete it in next 2 year. They are just interested in making money not in developing the layout. Be careful when making an agreement. - Nagesh
