How can one make the payment?

The payment can be made online by using Net Banking through the payment gateway.

Yes for that the applycant can use the tab "Pay RF & ID" link on the home page of KHB.

What is the procedure of applying for these projects?

it is quite an easy process and one can also apply online. Plaese visit the site and click the tab apply online. Fill all the details required in the form and upload the photographs. check the box asking if you have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions.

once you have filled the complete form you can press the tab to submit the form. Doing this a uniquely generated "Online Registration Number” will be sent on your registered email id. It will contain the option for you to make the payment.

Hey the latest one is Swami Vivekananda Nagar near Jigani. The total coast of the project is 3,000 crore. The government is spending Rs. 450 crore to provide drinking water for the praposed layout.

The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has around 23 ongoing projects and has invited applications for 296 Houses at Sir M V Layout, 384 houses in Suryanagar, 808 houses both near Kengeri and 832 houses at KHB
Green Park in Gulbarga. KHB has constructed 1, 2 and 3 BHK houses in these areas.
