HDFC, ICICI, Axis, LIC, SBI, Citibank, PNB banks have approved the project. Yes, I feel it is worth buy a property here because when the project was launched in 2013 the price was Rs 4390 and now it has gone up by almost 14%. You can expect future appreciation.

The real estate market in KR Puram is leading due to many reasons and mainly, being well-connected to arterial roads and vicinity to business clusters.

KR Puram has recorded an upward trend in property prices. Earlier the place was constituted of broken paths, debris and bumpy roads but now the area has been transformed and the infrastructure is way better than before.

Property owners who have bought land before 2011 have profited immensely now.The area is included into BBMP and huge developmental activities are going on.

Hence, K R Puram has the higher appreciation for lower investment today.
