My question is that KR Puram does not have any IT Park and all then what is the reason home buyers are moving to KR Puram and not to Sarjapur road and Whitefield. Please explain.

Sarjapur has seen lot of development now its turn for KR Puram. People work in Whitefield and Hebbal ( Manyata Tech Park) prefer to stay this area as the area is easily accessible and there are properties still available at an affordable price. Whitefield real estate market is getting saturated as far as I know.

Is KR Puram a good option for investment point of view?

You can see good appreciation if you are investing in KR Puram as the area is developing slowly and steadily. The area is having so many reputed schools, colleges, hotels and offices. The area is well connected to all the other parts of the city. The area also offers affordable housing but once the metro is operational and PRR is ready the property price will definitely go up.

I feel KR Puram is a better option as the area is close to the IT hub of Whitefield and Manyata Tech Park makes it a desired residential destination for IT professionals. KR Puram is located on the National Highway 75. The Baiyappanahalli metro station is just 3km away. The proposed Peripheral Ring Road and widening of the Old Madras Road will improve connectivity which is also increase the demand
