Q: Is this Builder fine for investment
Latest Answer: I had booked a flat in Echelon. No water, no completion certificate. No society is formed. Also, I have heard that builder used broken tiles in the flat at Echelon. This spoils the entire look of the floor.. Hope Sarathi City is better than this scenario..

Q: Are the property rates in Mumbai suburbs really plunging? Coz, I feel that the real estate activity is quite less in these areas. Also, which are the cities in India that are good for real estate investments?
Latest Answer: Suburbs such as Navi Mumbai are definitely going to be more attractive for investors. This is due to the various infrastructure developments such as the proposed Navi Mumbai international Airport, the Nhava-Sewri sea link, a large entertainment complex and sports complex. The value of properties in Navi Mumbai is bound to raise high contrary to your guess that the prices are going down.
