Latest Answer: It is very true that the real estate agents are tieing up with the banks but I think the bank will realise soon that they cannot go on with the situation and it is an advice to the buyers who want to buy property to wait for the time when the price of per sq. ft falls as the developers giving freesbies with the apartment are not going to last long.
